Privacy Policy

Information about personal details you share with FundCharm and the third-party tools used for appointments and credit repair inquiries.

Last updated: October 22, 2026

1. Scope

This notice covers FundCharm’s website and information shared with us for inquiries, appointments, services, and testimonials. It does not replace the privacy notices of independent booking, intake, credit monitoring, lender, insurance, or tax providers. This website uses externally hosted forms rather than a FundCharm-hosted client account system.

2. Information you may provide

Depending on the form or service, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, appointment details, financial goals, business details, and messages. A credit repair intake process may request identity details, credit history, supporting documents, and authorizations necessary to review your circumstances. Submit sensitive information only when requested through the designated process. Do not send Social Security numbers, passwords, or full credit reports by ordinary email.

Website hosting and external tools may process technical information such as IP address, browser or device details, visited pages, timestamps, referring pages, and cookies. Their collection depends on the provider and your browser settings.

3. How information is used

Information provided to FundCharm is used to respond to requests, schedule consultations, assess service needs, deliver agreed services, communicate about progress, maintain necessary records, and meet legal obligations. Credit information is used only for an authorized, lawful purpose. An inquiry does not automatically enroll you in a service or authorize unrestricted access to your credit report. Any marketing communications should follow the choices you make and applicable consent requirements; you may ask us to stop promotional communications.

4. External booking, forms, and results

The appointment calendar is hosted through GoHighLevel/LeadConnector. Client intake and affiliate forms are hosted through DisputeFox’s Dispute Process platform. Information entered into these forms is processed by those services under their own terms and notices and made available to FundCharm as configured. Embedded tools may process technical information when loaded, even before submission. The client-results button opens a Google Drive folder; Google’s policies apply when you visit it. Do not upload personal credit documents to a publicly shared results folder.

5. Sharing and disclosures

Providing a service may require relevant information to be handled by service providers or, with appropriate authorization, credit reporting companies, information furnishers, or a separately engaged professional. A lender, tax professional, insurer, or attorney may have its own privacy notice. Information may also need to be disclosed when required by law, valid legal process, or to address fraud and security concerns. Ask FundCharm about the recipients and permissions relevant to your service before submitting sensitive documents. Submission of a general inquiry does not grant blanket permission to share your financial information with referral partners.

6. Testimonials

The displayed client survey authorized publication of names and submitted feedback on FundCharm’s website while keeping email addresses confidential. Only names, feedback, and ratings from those submissions are displayed. Emails, IP addresses, tracking identifiers, and other private submission details are not published. Contact us to request removal of your testimonial or discuss withdrawing publication permission. Shared result documents should be reviewed and appropriately redacted before public sharing.

7. Cookies and browser choices

External forms, hosting services, or linked websites may use cookies or similar technologies for their functionality and other purposes described in their notices. You can manage cookies through your browser and review the providers’ choices; blocking them may prevent appointment calendars or forms from working. This notice does not represent that third-party tracking is disabled or that every browser privacy signal is supported.

8. Security and retention

No website, email, or third-party service can guarantee absolute security. Use the designated intake process and share only what is necessary. Records may need to be kept for service administration, contractual obligations, dispute handling, and legal compliance. Retention needs and deletion options depend on the information, the applicable law, and the provider holding it. Ask us about your records; this notice does not promise a specific retention period or a particular security certification.

9. Your choices and privacy requests

Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information held by FundCharm, to withdraw optional consent, to remove a testimonial, or to stop promotional communications. Depending on your location and applicable law, additional rights may apply. We may need to verify your identity using proportionate information and retain records where legally required. Requests concerning data held independently by an external provider may need to be directed to that provider. Do not send sensitive identity documents by email unless an appropriate process has been arranged.

10. Children and policy updates

FundCharm’s financial services website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us. Changes to this notice will be posted with an updated date; material changes affecting consent will be addressed as required by law.
