Any paid service requires a separate written agreement describing the services, fees, expected performance period, and applicable cancellation rights. 2. Credit repair and Credit Sweep
Credit repair assistance may include reviewing reports and helping dispute information believed to be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unverifiable. We do not promise to erase accurate, current negative information, create a new credit identity, or misrepresent facts to a credit bureau, furnisher, or lender. You must not submit false disputes or documents.
No deletion, particular credit score, lending decision, or completion date is guaranteed. “As early as 60 days” describes a potential earliest-results timeframe, not a typical result or deadline. Bureau and furnisher responses and individual circumstances affect outcomes. Testimonials and past results do not predict your results.
3. Your credit repair rights
You may dispute inaccurate or incomplete credit information directly with credit reporting companies and information furnishers at no cost. Paid assistance is optional. Where the Credit Repair Organizations Act applies, you are entitled to the required written consumer-rights disclosure and contract before services begin, and the right to cancel without penalty within three business days after signing. The required cancellation notice and form must be provided with your service agreement, and services must not begin before the applicable waiting period expires. Applicable state law may provide additional protections. These terms do not waive any statutory rights.

4. Fees, payment, and monitoring
The initial credit analysis is free and carries no obligation to enroll. Any paid fees and service scope must be disclosed in a separate written agreement. Credit repair fees may not be charged or collected before the services to which those fees relate are fully performed, as required by applicable law; additional rules may apply to services sold by telephone. Credit monitoring, when required, is a separate third-party cost, not part of the free analysis. Website package prices are informational and do not authorize unlawful advance charges. Cancellation, refunds, and any non-credit-repair service fees are governed by the applicable agreement and law.
5. Other FundCharm services
Business structuring, funding readiness, lender introductions, infinite banking, and tax advisory have separate scopes and may involve independent providers. Lenders make their own underwriting decisions; approval, rates, amounts, and timing are not guaranteed. Any funding success fee must be disclosed in a separate agreement and applies only as stated there upon successful funding. Insurance and financial products involve costs, eligibility requirements, and risks. FundCharm is not a law firm; any legal services must be provided under a separate arrangement with an independent licensed attorney. Website content is general information, not individualized legal, tax, or investment advice.
6. Your information and responsibilities
Provide truthful, complete information and notify us of material changes. Review notices and requests promptly. Credit reports or sensitive financial information should only be submitted through an appropriate designated intake process; do not email Social Security numbers, account passwords, or full reports. Form submission is not blanket authorization to obtain your credit report. Any access to reports or work on your behalf requires the appropriate authorization and a lawful purpose.
7. Third-party services and referrals
Booking, intake, affiliate forms, credit monitoring, and shared result folders are hosted by third parties whose own terms and privacy policies apply. We cannot guarantee their availability or security. Affiliate earnings of up to $50 per successful referral are subject to the separately disclosed affiliate eligibility and payment terms; a referral alone does not guarantee payment. Reviews represent individual experiences, not a promise of results.
8. Intellectual property and availability
FundCharm’s branding and original website content may not be copied or used commercially without permission, except as allowed by law. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse forms. The site may be unavailable or contain errors; contact us to confirm current service details. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits non-waivable consumer protections.
9. Privacy and changes
